Order Form for May 6 -  May 31st

• The cost per lunch is $4.00.  
• Families do not have to commit to a minimum number of days each week, but we do need to know in advance which days your student(s) will be ordering lunch for the period above.
• Please note that the only way to obtain lunch is to order ahead of time; there will be no additional lunches available for sale after the deadline.
• The menu will have both regular and new items each week.  Standard for each day will be an entree, a vegetable, an additional side item, and drink. 
• The JPG Business Office will invoice each family after their order is submitted; accounts must be current before orders for the next month are completed.
