Tuition and Fees

TUITION RATES for 2024-2025

              PK3-PK4 (3 days):                   $4,431
              PK3 (5 days) - 4th Grade:      $7,392
              Grades 5-8:                               $8,043
              Grades 9-12:                              $8,631

FEES

The total cost per student is tuition plus $960 in fees. This $960 includes (a) $500 Enrollment Fee, (b) $275 Building & Grounds Fee, (c) $185 Academic/Textbook Fee (which includes the School Planner).

If electing to pay in full, tuition is due on July 1. Families may elect to pay monthly; the installment plan fee for monthly payments is 3%, and the first payment is due August 1.

Please note that applications received after MARCH 31 incur a $250 late fee.

MULTI-STUDENT DISCOUNT

      We are blessed to have a PreK-12 grade school where all of the children in a family can attend the same school. John Paul the Great Academy has one of the most generous tuition discounts for families in the diocese: 20% off for the third child and every additional child.

DUE DATES

       The Application Fee is due at the time of application. The Enrollment fee is due at acceptance. The Academic & Building and Grounds Fee can be paid at the time of application or with tuition. Tuition is due in full on July 1. Families may elect to pay monthly; the installment plan fee is 3%, and the first payment is due August 1.

PAYMENT METHODS

      Invoices are emailed, enabling parents to pay electronically. Your payment can also be hand-delivered to the school office or mailed to John Paul the Great Academy, 1522 Carmel Drive, Lafayette, LA 70501. Checks should be made payable to "John Paul the Great Academy".
